Company History

Ray’s Heating & Air started in business 30 years ago by Ray Zeller and his brother Tim Zeller, providing comfort throughout the Tri-state area. In 2006 Tim retired and in 2009 Ray retired from President of Ray’s Heating & Air to take on more of a community service role within the company.

Ray’s Heating & Air is now owned by Mary Kay Miller, Jason Will and Brian Herrell. Mary Kay Miller is the sister of Ray and Tim Zeller; she is the company's President. Brian Herrell is the Service Manager and Jason Will is the New Construction project Manager and Mark Brust is the General Manager.

Today Ray’s Heating & Air employees 24 people and are very proud of being voted “Best of the Best” by you, our customers. Thank you.

Ray’s Heating & Air technicians are licensed in both Vanderburgh County, Indiana and the State of Kentucky.

We are also factory trained and certified with American Standard Heating Air Conditioning, Heil Heating Air Conditioning, and Waterfurnace equipment brands.

Your Ray’s Heating & Air service technician comes prepared to repair your problem wearing a bright clean uniform, shoe cover protection and an employee badge.
